Maybe they are those curly cheetohs that they make now. The spiral ones. I bet those are real yummy. Mmmmmmmm

I may or may not be there depending on what time the shin dig starts. Will let you know for sure when you have the times all settled.

Tour d' ESCKTC Party Update

Since no times have been thrown out there how about between 3-5 on Sunday? I am proposing starting somewhere in there, seeing as its a Sunday I suppose peeps won't stay as late as usual (although I don't care how late you stay) SO...what time??? Is 3:00 good or do people need later? I could probably swing earlier if necessary.

I should be able to make it provided we don't go up to Flagstaff at the last minute! I am probably actually going to ride outside earlier in the day, so if anyone wants to borrow my trainer I can bring it. I haven't watched any of the Tour this year and I want to hang out since I am bad at hanging out.

If I come I will bring some vegan chocolate cake.

Sunday is good for me at just about anytime (other then 5am). Do I need to bring anything to contribute to a group meal or anything like that?

Whoa, you're gone for a few days and you miss 4 pages of thread!

CL and I have been super sick since this weekend, so no can do on the TdF ride. I can offer up my trainer for anyone who needs it though.

Also, as the husband of a decidedly B-group rider I think we have enough people to get a pretty hoppin second wave going.

I'm riding Friday morning with one of the guys from the Saturday morning Focus Cyclery group ride. I'm not sure what ride yet but will keep you posted if anyone is interested. The past few Friday rides have been Las Sintas or Tour de Gilbert. We've been starting about 7 am but the time is flexible.

I'll throw my trainer in my truck just in case someone needs it too.   I'll have to bring a towel or mat too cause i usually sweat just watching people work out.  Plus beer bottles sweat,  don't want that all over the floor.

I think I may still ride Sunday morning at 6:30.  I think I want to do 2 figure 9 loops of Power Ranch and Las Sendas.  Meeting at the Walgreen's clock tower on Power and Thomas.  I just need to get an outdoor ride in.  THEN after showering and eating and napping, I will go to the Tour de JJ to spin and look pretty and sweat some more.  Chime in if anyone wants to join me.  It's not a ton of miles, but lots of climbing (and down hill flying).

How many miles are you thinking? I need to start getting some miles on the new ride.

Anyone else that's slow going to be there?

I think the bulk of the people are just doing the Trainer Tour that afternoon.  I am going to guess that it is probably only about a 10-12 mile loop. Mostly just hills.  You could easily drop off and do a loop of Usery, or add in lengths of longer, flatter stretches after I bail out.
