It's designed to teach instructors for aerobics classes. Man, I haven't worked that hard in a class (or video) in a long time and I take some hard azz classes! A grand total of 8 sets of pushups spread throughout, monster lunges, plank series. ..And it lives up to the title, the only thing sed is a towel. It's a seriously hardcore workout but it didn't leave me wiped out, just knew I had worked is all. Now about that little black dress thing...The last 2 functions I went to I wore a black lace turtleneck with a different lace skirt (black lace over cream) and got monsterous compliments. People thought I had some expensive dress on and it was definitely a steal hmm sounds good!!!! the dress ad the DVD glad to be of assistance here... gee, spokes didn't react to the heels and black hose. I must have lost my touch tonight |
