Police department in the city where I live received a report of gunshots, then shortly after received another call from an older lady to report a smell of smoke. Apparently someone in her apartment building was popping popcorn and burned it. |

I dont know how I am going to drag myself to swim. I dont know what happened. In the last 2 hours I can't think of anything I want to do less than work or work out. The weather was perfect, the sun was shining, the birds were singing, and I felt GREAT! I ran all the way and felt on top of the world. Now I am totally shattered so it obviously took it out of me, but the run itself was divine. I wish I always felt like that |
