Plus, you clearly are not into him.  Waste of time.  FOCUS ON YAY DATE!

I dunno. I'm trying not to make any snap judgments on the guys I meet. The first time or two I talked to TH, he came across as nice, but slightly boring - but I wanted to know more, so the more I talked to him, the more I discovered that was SO not the case - he's very far from boring, and we had a TON in common. So ya never know.

agree to disagree.

i don't think you like him, i'm a completely impartial third party, you are biased cause i think you just WANT to like someone.  you shouldn't have to talk yourself into it....its never worked out for me when i've done that in the past.

You mean the guy she blew off to go on a walk instead of seeing.

You better just be glad that you put that in sarc font mister.

I put it in sarastic font for that reason. No need to get all fussy.

Hehe, it was probably better actually, since I was slightly hung over. Hiking with friends I know, slightly hung over is probably better than trying to make a first impression, slightly hung over. I had the hugest bags under my eyes too. So overall, it was probably a good move

All I'm saying is that one date does not necessarily mean you can get a good sense of someone.

Wouldn't go so far as to call him an 'ex' since we were never official. But yeah, he's the last guy I dated - almost a year ago, now. I started calling him Tri-Hottie (on BT, not to his face).

I didn't know what it meant either, and to be fair it's not a commonly used acronym.

I just figured GRD was on TAN enough to have seen me type that before. That's all. And with the smiley face, I couldn't tell if he was being facetious or not.

You have started that way already this morning... First complaining about people talking about football in TAN and then getting on me about a sarcastic comment to wurkit. This one is confirming it a little more. What's wrong Candy? Bad weekend?

on wednesday justin (williamsburg job manager) told me that he wanted me to work for him, no official HR offer letter in yet so i'll wait to see what he's offering and see if i can get a hair more vacation time.  i debated and debated the risks and rewards of each job, and decided on the job here so i need to contact david (texas job manager) and let him know i'm no longer interested.

sooo...what would be the best way to do that....

Actually I'm just feeling incredibly silly today and nothing that I say should be taken seriously.  Great weekend.  Weather is awesome.  It's awesome!  It might hit 74 today!  Seventy-four!  I'm just feeling really silly and being a bit facetious.  Did I mention it might hit 74!  In Iowa!  In November!  Yeah.  I also don't have any hard deadlines this week - so things are pretty relaxed and unstructured (read a bit less productive).

OMG, crazy admin's typing is driving me NUTS today - she has acrylic nails and types with the tips of them. And she types freakishly fast, not fast like "I'm an efficient and valuable worker" fast, but "everything I do is important, so I am going to railroad through each and every email" fast. You can hear the constant p*ssed-offness in her typing. It's especially bad today, for some reason.

(And no, I don't have a door and am not allowed to wear headphones)

Is there a rule against breaking out into song.  I would suggest tunes from 'The Sound of Music' on the half hour?
