And it is a full day of work today.  Too bad on a Friday, but it has been so slow lately that it is welcome!

Haha. I'd say the only thing that is really different for me right now is I really have to check labels....and it rules out a lot of food currently in the house. and fast food---sorta getting slighted right now...Tim Hortons......haha. Which is good. Makes you plan your food out I guess...which is my problem, because I could just go buy stuff if I was hungry at the Tim's outside the lecture hall...no more of that I guess...

I do feel a bit better already. My body seems less angry. But if you arn't gluten intolerant I'm not sure what effect it will have.

Melindy I think it is awesome we have your knowledge here!  thanks for sharing!!!!

Who should I send my co-pay to?????

Back to yesterday - what type of weakness would cause my nerve to inflame (different size leg length??

Which part of the nerve is it? Is it completely anterior (top of leg) or do you have gluteus pain as well? Different size legs would def cause an imbalance. I'm honestly not too sure of the anatomy in the region yet...I have a general picture in my head but I've only done the groin area as of the moment. Does it hurt on the side of the shorter leg or the longer? Is it always there or just when you walk/run? Does advil help? Had you lost a lot of weight before it originally started to hurt?

It is in the longer leg ( only longer because of tightness from ACL 15+ years ago) might be equal now.

Walk/Run is trigger for it

Stretching/Sitting helps - I don't ever take advil for it because it is nerve

Weight question is interesting - not really because I remember it hurting a little before my marathon training started 2+ years ago.  I lost the weight during that program

Pain is in my ITB area on the side of leg - that is why my chiro thought it was ITB issue but foam roller does not relieve pain

Hahaha. Yes! It was kind of a test question...kind of not...you're right! advil won't work because it is a nerve.

Weight changes the compensation the body has to make to deal with repeat stress. To be honest it could be anything...sounds a bit like a nerve entrapment but as far as causation goes...I'm at a loss. Ever been to PT?

Nope just a neurologist

I should find a good PT and see what they have to say

Lol. Its what they are there for. And I don't know what else to say other than go to PT. Haha
