Basically the muscle set used to bring your knees together so I couldn't do "skull crushers" last night.  The one in my right thigh is tweaked and hurts. 

I really need it to be better by next week when it is time to do squats and deads again but there is no way I am putting icy hot on it!

That will teach me to get all badazz when the guy I have a gym crush on wants to work in with me on the smith machine.

I hate the smith machine btw!

I am not a fan of most machines. Smith or otherwise.

Its friday, I will be better once I move starting next week. 

Trying to move, pack and organize with a recovering back.....not one of my smartest ideas.

You ever do something, you know you shouldn't but you just can't help yourself.

Today is the captn real birthday, and being the good dating girlfriend I am........I am picking a fight.  Told myself all night last night I was NOT going to do this, BUT i did it anyways. 

Sometimes being a girl is sooooo HARD! 

Well, trying to see if someone will help me, but having a lot of virtual friends is NOT useful.  One of the downfalls of being a "loner"

When is it?

All the time. Often the very fact that you are saying "I must not do..." is a sure indication that you may not want to do it but for some reason you know you want or need to.

Neither am I but it was the first time I was doing squats in a couple pf months and I did not have a spotter so I figured the smith was the safer option.

I'm a nice guy with a truck.  Turns out, I have lots of "real" friends. I would actually help if I were closer to Chicago.
