LOL. it will be nice to be back 100% me and Mr. Higdon and training of The Spirit for Pittsburgh 1/2 Marathon. YAHOOEY! stacieb yes lets goo team! time to zoooom past those other teams! and no looking back!!! and this Hal is quite the guy...he is helping me too!!! haha Hal. he IS quite the guy, Jules. LOL. what week are you on? im gonna be starting in on week 4, Monday. as for our team....does anyone know what the standing are? i mean im assuming were rockin' the challenge, cuz well, were the SULTANS OF SWEAT after all.... i was just curious. i guess i can go on google and figure it out for myself....just wondering where we are at in relation to the other teams. AND has any one heard 'rumors' of a SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE. i didnt anything posted (yet) im always 'up' for a good challenge and i hate lose. stacieb I came into the plan waaaay late...counted backwards and that is where I am...my HM is Oct 4th...not a whole lot of time to get me where I need to be...and I think that is why Im a TAD concerned about my finish! but will crawl if I have to! as for the September challenge...no one seems to want to run one! sooo what about you???? I think you would be a great challenge leader!!! and if you try the old reverse psychology on me....not gonna work ~ haha NOT IT! im sure you'll do better than crawling to the finish line JULES. you crack me up! i was feeling a bit behind myself, since i didnt get in a decent 5 or 6 mile run in like i was supposed to....but this mornings run squelched all that. and im ready to go! as for reverse psychology. you know what i do for a living right? im a maaaaahster of manipulation. LOL. and i wouldnt mind leading a challenge, as long as i can co-lead with someone, so maybe you and me and Bill could team up sometime. that would be FUN!!! have any ideas??? (this goes out to the group as a whole....) i would have to pass on September though. too many things to attend to on the homefront what w the boys starting back to school. im already losing sleep over my oldest heading up to the 'big' campus. OI. being a mom is stressful. but..... life is good. stacieb |

That means I'm at 100% for swimming, biking, and running this month. Does that mean I can coast through the weekend? I'm excited to start my half marathon training on Monday too. My half isn't until Nov 21st, so I'm going to start with week 1. But... I'm probably going to do more distance on the LSD day than what it says for the early weeks. Go Hal's gals! Are you doing the womans 1/2 mary in Florida? I'm thinking about it. QUOTE] No, but I do have three planned -- one local on Nov 21st, then one over on Pensacola Beach in early Jan, then my last one in March in Seaside. That is, if I can stay healthy long enough! |

I did swim a bit this month but didn't log it cause it was pointless but I am so counting it for the challenge! But, alas, I didn't get on my bike much. As far as a Sep challenge goes.... the thread is up. Click here. Love the team names! |
