it's a full day for me, so I'm not sure how much I'll be around - but I'm headed to the gym for sure!

great to hear from you...we never doubted that you would pull thru - you are a blister sister!...you are doing a great job! way to run the 7 miles - that is a lot! kiu! and have a super hump day!!!

Hope you will all run as fast as you can...do not want to see you end up like this poor fellow in this survival of the fittest video.....make sure you are not drinking coffee near your computer...this is definitely one of those where you will spew coffee...too durn funny!...

I LOVE those videos!  They are great...

I was going to run at lunch today, but it's freezing rain...regular rain I love to run in, freezing rain scares me - cause of slipping and falling...

I am going to run tomorrow night - and I will log it promptly so it counts towards the grand total!

I'm doing the running challenge next month...my legs feel stronger after this month, can't wait to see how they feel at the end of February! 

good for you for not running...can you believe I am encouraging no running...hehe - as much fun as it would be to win this challenge we do not want to win at the expense of one of our most cherished blisters! have a great day Karen...you are doing great! KIU~!

Hi Blisters...wanted to know that even though you may think that I am a Twisted Blister Drill Sargent....

I may crack the whip a lot and yell and scream loudly post RUN a lot! I did a little cracking of the whip on myself, too!!!! I went out and ran 5 miles...and now have almost doubled my goal....I truly underestimated my running powers! hehe....hope you all are running....I wanted to show you that I am with you to the end! GO BLISTERS!!! GO BLISTERS here it comes again!

then headed out to pick up my car from the shop

followed by dinner and wine with friends

  ahhhhhh much better....although I don't know about you...but after a month of getting to know many of you very well....I do believe....that some of these blisters may like a good whooping! a LOT! hehe

What's up with this 150% thing? ... although, if you are nuts, I'd love to have you on my team next month...) Nice work, everyone. I've never been in a challenge with so many over-achievers.

Good job...way to hit your mark and exceed it!! myself, I am sure that I am nuts...but mostly I am a newbie and completely gung-ho... and because it is my first challenge...I was really afraid of making too much of a promise and then not making it...did not want to get strung up by the team and hung out to dry...but now I know what is possible

....as for the others...you are right...they are nutty and are much like the everready bunnies they keep going and going and going.....

I am sorry I have been away, I have once again been without internet and phone all day.  Waiting for the cable guy to come once again fix my problems.  "Ah ha they found it, the power booster blew"  Yea right I will wait and see.  This is fix number 2.

I am scheduled to run 2.5 miles tomorrow which will put me at about 115%.  I pray for good weather it has been very blustery here today!

Hope to catch up with everyone tomorrow.....as long as I have a connection. 

now..............just remember, we are a team of blisters for the next day!

yay tammy...sux that your cable/phones are out...the phones I can do with out....but not my internet! yikes...im thinking tropical thoughts for you and hoping you get some nice warm weather.....keep up the great work my little twisted sister!
