You should see my back! That sun was brutal. Apparently I missed several spots with my spray SPF. Heh.. I'm pretty splotchy, too. When I got back to the hotel my wife just busted out laughing. Of course, my legs aren't splotchy. I just forgot to put sunscreen on them. They're glowing except for where the chip strap was. you guys are making me jealous... La humid sunshine... aahhh the joys of home.... just may have to work hard this next year so I can go home and suffer... oh and then there's the beer once you're already dehydrated.... AaaaBIIiiTaaaa!!!!! |

It was absolutely brutal out there and you still smoked it. Thanks Bill! My goal for this race was to have a good run and have it not be far off from a stand alone half mary effort so I was thrilled. It was excruciating at times, but I made it. I'm just checking out your RR now! I've been trying to read them all today. Same here. I love reading what everybody thought coming down that finish chute. *sniff sniff* I wonder how many people ran past the finish line and straight to Pat O's to jump in the fountain???? I know that's exactly what I would've done Nothing like resting in the quad at Pat O's with a nice cold Hurricane |

I'm thinking that I can ride on the trainer before boys are ready.... hubby can get boys fed... and then I can transition boys into clothes and get them to daycare, then run.... I know it makes for a long transition, but what the heck... I got to be at work for 10am so it doesn't really leave a lot of time otherwise.... |
