I guess it's OK. It was bothering me earlier, but seems OK right now. How's yours? Hows your tummy today Dee? hey applesauce and rice are new to the mixture at least!!! Have you tried egg whites? Mine is not 100% but definatley calmer since my little melt down this weekend... Im thinking perhaps all the common sense stuff I kept saying about stress affecting things was true... emotional wellbeing apparently impacts a chronic health condition - who knew? S(teve) has invited me to hit the gym with him and a friend tonight which Im thinking about... they mainly do weights so I could go and take it easy (cardio wise) but still do something which might perk me up! |
