This challenge should be easier than a swim challenge (like I did last month) If you're bike's on a trainer, why not get to it and hop on for 20 minutes today!!?

Lots of zeros on that spreadsheet on this 4th day of March.......let's have no zeros by this time tomorrow, even if you start small!

I'm still recovering, but it's all part of the plan. Biking starts tomorrow.

I really wanted to attempt the team link thing last night but DH wanted to catch up on "LOST" love that show.

I did manage 16 miles on the trainer, longest trainer ride this year!!!!

I do want to learn the team link thing so I will try to work on it sometime today maybe you all will wake up to one tomorrow....

Hey guys (& gals)!

I did log 10 minutes of biking yesterday at PT and did a 40-minute trainer ride this morning, so I'm off and riding finally!  Planning 50-60 minutes tomorrow too.  In general I think I'll be riding MWF (possibly a weekend day too if it's nice enough to ride outside).  So don't worry when you don't see anything on the other days!

GREAT JOB, NANCY!

The BT name didn't show up because you didn't include it. You just need to type the BT names in, right next to the name.

For example:

<a href="index-weekly.asp?memberid=48475&year=&month=&day="><font size="2"> PUT TIM"S BT NAME HERE - Tim</font></a><br />

You can write any text you want. But it takes it literally. So if you just write TIM, that's all you'll get.

And if you write PUT TIM"S NAME HERE, well, that's exactly what you'd see.

Fantastic job with the links!

- Dee

Hm.

I repeat: Hm.

It's only a matter of time, Cat.

I foresee "team links writing ability" in your future!

Now repeat after me, "I love technology!"

Can you go to the blog view?  From there, click on your control panel icon.  Then in the goals area, you can paste the chart - but make sure that your HTML settings are on (which is in your other control panel area... sorry this is so confusing).

So team - since we all hate peeps, what's your favorite Springtime chocolate?  For me, it's gotta be the Cadbury mini eggs.  I can't have them in the house, because I have no self-control.

And if you haven't been on the bike yet, get on and ride, baby, ride.  I've already fit two short trainer sessions in this week, and hope to get a nice long one in later.

Robin's Eggs! I already had one weak moment this year.  But, interestingly enough, I felt extremely jittery afterwards (sugar High?).  Now when I see them (or other chocolate), I ask myself if I feel like carrying that all around NY for 70.3 miles in July.  The answer is almost always NO!.

I LOVE cadbury eggs!

You all will be happy to know I am almost 1/3 of the way through my goal which is important since I only have 3 weeks to get it in this month (traveling for the last 10 days, so I have to be done by 3/21).

How's everyone else faring?

copy the team link from this tread and paste it where your short term goals are. Hope that helps.

wgraves7582 - 2008-03-05 3:09 AM alright for all you technology buffs on our team - last month they had a link to the spreadsheet with our roster. I would love to have that added (don't ask me I am clueless - I don't even have the team on my homepage - I just go to the page that I remember the link is on and click it - a lot more challenging that way!) So whoever is the genius of our club I will dismember any amount of ugly yellow peeps for you if you add the spreadsheet link in. How is that for a bribe?

I believe that it may have been the google spreadsheet, that  is way beyond my knowledge,  plus I got in a bit of trouble with DH yesterday learning the team link thing, I guess I didn't get enough done yesterday!

Don't fret we will make sure all our miles count and we will get help somewhere. Just keep posting it in your blog.

WITHOUT a doubt, those Cadbury Mini Eggs are my favorite! Haven't sucumbed yet- the year I was pregnant with my older son- 1999- he was born 4 days before Easter. I would estimate I ate 4 pounds of those eggs the week before he was born, and I only WISH I was kidding.

I am here publically stating (shaming myself) that if I eat any of them this year, it will be on Easter ONLY.

Cadbury CREAM eggs are grose, but the CARAMEL ones are wonderful.  I just don't even buy them.  If they are not in the house, there's a better chance I won't eat them.  WAY better than Peeps though.

Um...any chocolate is good chocolate to me!    I don't do the cadbury cream eggs, either, but oh yes, the caramel ones....yummm.  Luckily I never buy the stuff and hardly ever eat it.  Could be dangerous otherwise!

Still planning a trainer ride tonight.  Drinking Starbucks coffee right now to up my motivation for later...
