It looks yummy. I need more sweets. Well Nibbs do seem to run on sugar and cake... and maybe caffiene Speaking of running.... I need some motivation... Can yuo bribe yourself? Or maybe say go out for 10 minutes and if yuo really hate it come home after that otherwise do 20-30? HOME???? HUh? I've heard of that place. Actually, it's pretty pathetic outside my office right now are 12 treadmills and (can't remember) 6? ellipticals, of which only four of any of those pieces are being used right now.... Meanwhile, my gym bag sits here, untouched. But I did eat some more of the tasty new cereal I bought yesterday. Go, Heather. The dreadmills are calling. Run on us, pleeeezzze. Go ahead. You might even lose a toenail |

I went to spinning, it was - eh she did almost the ENTIRE class out of the saddle. Needless to say, I did not. Standing runs, standing sprints, standing climbs, jumps and more jumps, isolation drills followed directly by a standing sprint OY! I just closed my eyes and visualized I was riding my bike. I'm getting pretty good at picturing a course in my head. Next week I'm going to switch things around a bit and see how the Mon & Wed instructors are.

I know, not to mention my knees............... I keep scratching my head about the whole thing imagine 'bounce it out' and 'right to left' being regularly given instructions - it's like being in a class with a bunch of giant bobble heads - lol

Bounce it out? The instructor has obviously never ever ridden a real bike. Yikes! Good for you for sticking with your imaginary course. |

I haven't ridden one. They look purty, though. |

Royal(PITA) 14270 West Chester, Ohio | Subject: RE: Nibbs XIV Oh it was too, and whoever has it takes great care of it. They had that nice leather thing that goes from the handle bars like a T strap along the down tube to keep bird crap and other stuff off it, had the front wheel off but chained up on the roof with the bike itself. I was on it like white on rice or something... |

I helped her adjust her bike and tried to provide some guidance, but the instructor pretty much told her to do exactly the opposite with the whole 'bounce it out thing' oh well. |

TinkerBeth 23096 Liverpool, New York | Subject: RE: Nibbs XIV Question for the Nibbs we all know that anyone is welcome to join our little chats, but not everyone might know that based on the name of the thread. This is a great place for people who are hooked on challenges to come and chill, especially if they are chatty and are on a quiet team or if they are sitting a month out, but still want to stay connected to the challenge forum. What ideas does everyone have for a thread name that would describe the essence of nibbs, but maybe be a bit more generic so other folks might feel more comfortable venturing in?
