I am going to swim at lunch and then try this tonight.  I just did Cindy so my squats and pushups are going to be tough on the burpees.  This is going to take me an hour and I'll be doing girl pushups (should I be saying "knee-puhups" lvthgme?) at the end with 1 inch verticals!

TJ you pullup studette you!!  I love when guys think they're all that and then they get owned by a girl!  Love it!!  Way to go!

OK, so tonight I really needed to kick my own a$$.  So I did...

WOD for today (subbed running for rowing as we have no rower at Bally's)
Run 1000m
25 burpees
Run 750m
50 burpees
Run 500m
75 burpees

Can I just tell you...BURPEES SUCK!!! Holy hell. But I did this workout anyway.
Time - 25:15

Then a 40 minute bike workout on the trainer...20 minute ramp up, 4 minutes of Tabatas, 16 minute ramp down.

Then, after the bike I was still feeling like I needed to do more. So instead of doing Cindy as RX'd, I decided to see how long it would take me to do 10 rounds of Cindy.

10 rounds of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
Time - 7:40

Not bad. I was completely spent afterwards. I basically hobbled aimlessly toward the locker room after I was done with everything.  I looked in the mirror in the locker room and I looked ripped.  I wish I always looked this dry!!

Q - That is a nasty workout.  I am going to get up before work and do the rowing WOD as a promise to you.

Zilla - Guys are idiots (me included).  Great job with your pulls.

150 burpees tomorrow morning?  If you don't hear from me I'm laid out across a rower burpeeing in my mouth...

Did yesterday's WOD today at lunch...75 pushups (not bad, cruised through), 50 reps 95lb Sumo Deadlift Highpulls (wow, shoulders are burning), 150 dips (ouch, my tri's are blazing), 45lb weighted pullups, 30 reps (are you kidding me!!!!) - modified without weight, 25 mod-Handstand pushups (feet on Smith)...

This workout was killer, one of my favs! Finished in 29'17

Wayne, that rocks!!  I almost set up to do that one last night instead of the burpee one, but my back is still tight from Sunday so I didn't want to rip it up again.  I'm not sure I can even do it today.  OUCH!!  Great work!!!

Look at all the love....I'm feeling some Crossfit Lov'n this morning!!!

this morning completed the row/burpee WOD in 32:39...this was my first time incorporating the row into my WOD but it became a welcomed break after the burpees...yowzers!

Will try to add a crude sketch of my mod HSPU, let's see if this works...

OH YAY!! Art class!!!  That's pretty cool...great way to illustrate what you're doing, that's how I do them too.  Need that support.  Cool idea to sketch it out!

Great work with the burpees/rowing workout!  It's a killer!!  I think I'm gonna skip that one next time it comes around!!

Yes, slanted a bit...I also usuall fold a yoga mat/ab mat in half and keep it under my head in case my arms give out.

To add my great illustration!!! Under the text box where you write your reply message, there is a checkbox to select "Attach file after posting", then I browsed for me file, clicked submit and voila!!

Any request for purchasing additional CrossFit sketches can be directly PM'd to me here on BT!!!

Wait til they RX "GI Jane".

100 PULLUP burpees for time.  Word.

Cool pic!!!

I'd put one up of me after the filthy fifty, but it looks the same.

Unfortunately (or fortunately for other reasons) the drawing is not anatomically correct.

Nice!  Way to keep the intesity high...and glad you're feeling better.

Last night I did a weird workout, but it really exhausted me (since I biked 90 minutes at 20.6mph and ran 2 miles at 6:40 pace before it) so I think it was good...here's what I did...

First, a variation on Lynne...5 rounds.  But instead of max bodyweight bench presses and pullups, I did max bodyweight bench presses and matched the reps in pullups.  So...it was 14/14 (my strength has waned thru IM training, I used to do 25 in the first set), 10/10, 8/8, 7/7, 7/7.  Then I added up the bench presses...46.  Then after that, I did 2 rounds of box jumps and decline pushups equaling the number of bench presses.  So...2 rounds of 23 each.  When I was done, I was smoked.

I was satisfied with the level of full-body involvement though, so I'll definitely do this one again!

Great job game...may need a name change to lvthePR!

Yesterday, "Jason" holy squats and pullups

Today: mile run/2mins max reps: SDHP, 30lbthrusters, 20lbclean, double-unders, pullups

Legs were wasted from all the squats yesterday but managed: 20SDHP, 31thrusters, 19squat cleans, 20du's, 27 pullups after a 7:40min/mile

Drove all the way to my "other" gym to only have two very unfit ladies grab the row machines 10 seconds before I was ready for them, so subbed for SDHP at 90lb's...I would have rolled with it a bit better had they actually "worked out" on the machines rather than sit and gossip. Grip over.
