The package flow picked up because its getting close to christmas and Halloween is around the corner and everyone wants to order costumes and stuff. We got really backed up and it took us forever to finnish and then on top of that our dumba** supervisor decided to open up a trailer and about a quarter of the way loaded (about 250 packages) he realizes that he doesn't need that trailer because all the packages will fit in the other ones. His boss also realizes this and makes us recycle the trailer (that means take out all the packages that have been loaded into it already and load them into another trailer) It was so much extra work that all of us wanted to (wow I am so frustrated by the situation I can't even think of anything I wanted to do to him) but I am home now and much better because I am post padding on BT |

This was my first tri season and I had a blast. I am training for a half marathon on Oct. 11 and very anxious for it to get here. I don't think I'm cut out for distance running! I live in the boring state of Connecticut but really wish we still lived in Hawaii. I *heart* Hawaii! I am super competitive and hate to lose so we must win at both the primary challenge and post padding! Let's get running/chatting!!! |

Love the look of that bamboo bike. They have all sorts of models too, road, tri, mtn, cross... Nice. Anyone seen a suggested retail price on those bad boys? |

Crazy. I was at Toys R Us yesterday and they have wrapping paper all over the place. That being said, I bought the Wii yesterday for my crew for Christmas. Truth be told, I love Christmas time. Favorite holiday of the year. Hubby loves Thanksgiving. Okay, Vamps, what's your favorite holiday? I bet Milla loves Halloween! |

I had to come in to work an hour-and-a-half early. *first whine* I'm not a morning person, but at least if I am working out in the morning I feel accomplished and fit and happy. Now I just feel tired with a very long day ahead of me. *second whine* BUT, the good news is the resting, icing, stretching, massaging and stregthening I've been doing on my Achilles appears to be working. Work up with very little pain this morning. I may go for a nice, easy, flat jog tomorrow and see where that goes. |

Hmmm... once you upload the new one (and you can skip the delete step, it will automatically replace your old av), go back to your training page and hit refresh. It will still show your old avatar until you've refreshed it. If that is still not working, then it's possible the size of the picture you are trying to upload is too big. I would imagine you'd get an error message about that, though. At any rate, you can try compressing the new avatar to see if that works. |

I hear ya on feeling good after working out in the morning but not so much if you're just up early for other stuff! Glad to hear the achilles is on the mend. |
