Finished up Christmas hats and one washcloth for my grandma. I have two more washcloths, but I'll probably take those on the plane in November. Hopefully my wrap will be done by my trip in November. |

No kidding. The running and cycling are not helping at all. It's ok. I'd rather have muscle and be awesome than wear tall boots. |

so I hate that about boots - what is it, that makes shoe/boot makers think that we have sticks for legs? |

so I hate that about boots - what is it, that makes shoe/boot makers think that we have sticks for legs? Who knows?!? Even the extended calf won't fit. They give a calf measurement of 15.25" and I just measured my calves at 16". |

I have a pair of really, really cool Harley Davidson boots... very simple, brown weathered leather, that are great and definitely similar to cowboy boots in terms of the stuff you'd wear them with. I had a heck of a time finding high heeled knee high brown and black leather boots that fit but I was very diligent . Did you try the boots you were talking about the other day? |

I got them about halfway up before there was no way the zipper would go up any farther. Short boots are probably ok. I don't usually wear them with skirts anyway. And I do have a tall pair of slouchy black boots that I could wear if I wanted to. They just need to be broken in more. |

Those look like my Frye boots! Mine are black and knee high, so they have another buckle towards the top. Looks like they discontinued them, though. |

Maybe I should order this: http://www.vat19.com/dvds/bottle-of-wine-glass.cfm So which is classier: drinking out of a GIANT wine glass or drinking straight from the bottle. If it's straight from the bottle, then I'm all class. |
