I'm sorry guys I must have been on lack of sleep mode when I made my goals, I just realized I put 11 hours for bike, but my last months were 9 hours and didn't change it from that, so I though I was on track for bike but I am not.  I am supposed work next two nights so that means I will probably not hit that goal, and with the crazy month I had swimming dropped off the wayside...

Hope everyone has a great weekend.

2000m swim in today, so just need the final strength workouts to meet my goals for the month.

Skipped the bike today as I took a nasty slapshot to the leg between the pads last night at hockey.  Tough to walk on this morning, but getting better already. The good part was that my quad was so swelled up last night it looked like I had a monster cycling leg

Way to go! You are over 100% on your total already. Great job sticking to the plan!

Over my goals for the month, sticking to the plan didnt' work

Swim was right on target. Communting on the bike really helps rack up extra miles so I underestimated what I'd end up with.  Running was better this month as I wasn't having the shin pains that I encountered last month so didn't need to cut back as much as I thought I would.  More frequency of shorter runs this month helped I think.

Good training to everyone else, two days left to get in the workouts!

Just one quick swim this evening, and I'll have it! Thought I was going to miss my bike goal, as I have to take DD to they eye doctor, but a little rearranging of the day. . . . voila!
