Way ahead of my bike goal at the moment, dead on with my running goal and behind on my strength training goal. I've got a flex day on Friday this week but I have tickets to beer fest on Friday and then a bi-weekly meeting with my wine club (basically we drink wine and eat, not so great for training! ) on Saturday night. I'm going to make sure I limit the drinking so I can still get in a few quality workouts. |
