Swim 2.4 miles this month Bike 112 miles this month Run 26.2 miles this month I think that YOU CAN! Hi everybody. I should be able to get one with maybe some extra in this month. I have my sprint this weekend (nervous as all get out!). Then the rest of my weekends (when I do my longer workouts) this month are pretty busy, but this will give me a goal. Easter Weekend - what a weekend for a tri. You'll do GREAT DEE! You have an entire VILLAGE pulling for you!!! Thanks! Yeah, I thought Easter weekend was kind of odd too. At least it is Saturday morning. It is 3 hours away, so we will go spend Friday night there and then drive home Saturday afternoon. At least I am not hosting Easter dinner! LOL I'm already cooking a big dinner. Just bring your family over to my house! Thanks! |

Elite 4201 washington state | Subject: RE: The Ghoulies are doing Ironman distances this month! I just received my start time for this weekend. The swim is in a pool. There will be 5 swimmers in my lane at my start time. Supposedly we all have similar estimated swim times. Circle swim I assume. Hope I remember to switch sides of the lane! I have never done circle. I have only shared the lane with one other person at a time, and we split the lane. I assume that if someone wants to pass, they will tap the person's feet and then that person will pause at the end of the lane? Can you tell I am stressing? |

For the top 3 questions you could have had 110-115% easy. aw. thats really nice of you to say. i really liked this quiz. i think it did a really good job of 'boiling' down the major areas of wellness....course....thats what the quiz is SUPPOSED TO DO. LOL. its on the wellcoach.com website if any of you GHOULIES want to see just how WELL you are. i guess its an assessment that their coaches use w their clients. stacieb |

Can you tell I am stressing? although circle swimming takes a little getting used to at first, DEE. you'll do just fine. expect to get bump just a tad, and elbow or an arm....nothing major. faster swimmers know to go around you. in a pool they will swim to the center of the lane, passing you on your left, just let them do their thing, it will be their 'responsibility to get around you 'responsibly' ie not infringing on your space/stroke. as for YOU, pay them no mind and just keep swimming. stacieb Edited by skrtrnr 2010-04-01 10:37 AM |

I do have a VERY clean house now thanks to 2 SIL's who were there yesterday. They did everything but my bedroom and closet. I worked on the closet earlier this year, still needs a little attention though. Right now my desk and dresser need drastic attention I do have to go through the kids dressers as well. Maybe on Tuesday evening when the kids aunt is over with them I can get them to work on that a little. She can get my kids to do more in an hour than I can get them to do in 8. She always tells me it's because she's the aunt and I'm the mom. |

She is also waiting to hear back about her interview but the govt is slow. (although if she wore the tri-suit to the interview she might have been hired on the spot.) Stacie is going to be a great lifecoach and have a so sweet spring cleaned house Dee is going to rock the pool and the race overall this weekend. Robin also is going to rock her 10k and spring clean outside. Bill is gearing up for TransIowa. I think this is enough for Neal, Melindy and Tom to catch up on the first half of today. Ghoulie slap me if I missed anything. Oh, and I think duct tape is the best invention ever. I have a roll in my transition bag. A roll in the garage. And a roll in a kitchen drawer. The best ever. |

Nice recap and YES!!! I was just trying to think the other day where I picked up the duct tape that didn't have the big cardboard thingy in the middle so it was much smaller and could easily be thrown in a bag! |
