I guess so? Still tired and my metabolism is definately spiked as I was totally wired last night...just WIRED! The only residual thing other than that is the burn on the back of my neck from my wetsuit...it looks a bit angry, so I have it covered up with gauze. Had to ice it last night because the swelling was kind of bothersome and took some advil...it doesnt hurt anymore unless I touch it and the swelling went down. The gauze and med tape are annoying though...oh well. Apparently I missed a spot when putting body glide on? |
