So I thought I'd share some random tidbits with all of you.  This weekend they shut down the beach I swam at a few weeks ago in Cape Cod.  Great whites spotted 100 yds off shore.  This weekend they also shut down one of my favorite beaches at the Jersey shore due to sharks close to the shoreline.  Blues, I think.  And it is Shark Week on the Discovery channel.  I LOVE watching that stuff.

Did you see the Shark week commercial with the dad and son?  Hilarious!


I have a nephew that won't watch the Disney animated movies because they are too scary, but he will watch Discovery Channel and Animal Planet all the time. Shark week is one of his favorites.

I know I won't be awake - I am ready for a nap already - I don't know how Nekkid gets up so early every morning!!!  This dumb core challenge and me wanting to do it before my ride to work makes me get up at 4:45 and that is just wrong!!!


I am a champion napper. I can do 15-30 minutes no problem. I could go pro in napping. I am a horrible sleeper.  I have problems staying asleep. I would never make the sleeping national team.
