Ined to go do 30 minutes on the elliptical nd then a 1200 yd swim. Not too bad, right? I just reallllly hate the elliptical. But my legs won't take the sudden increase in run workouts, nd there's noother way to be ready for Carlsbad.  DAS BOOT!!!! OW! I'm telling mom Ann! |

I should call them velcro kiddos. I'm out in the front of the house, that's where they'll be. If I go back to the bedroom, they'll end up there, too.
