Hiya Nibbs!
I got my "run" yesterday (1/4 mile walk to warm up, 1/2 mile as 50 yards walk/50 yards jog, q/4 mile walk to finish)....and my longest ride post injury today.  Even managed a decent pace in parts as well as a few elevations.

Thanks, Cat.  It's a great feeling.  I'm still trying to err on the side of caution tough.  Little tight tonight so I am waiting to run until Wednesday.

We used to have like a babies pool kind of connected to the main pool in an appartment I lived at 10+ years ago... it had an  underground wal that went most of the way up but you could swim over if yuo knew it was there...

It was a cruel trick to sit in the baby pool while the person that couldnt see would swim straight for us... and that wall...

As the mother of two teenage girls....I would say that there is a LOT of evil in them....however that's usually spurred on by fluctuations in hormones and the current issues with boyfriend....school and classmates. (or if parental units deny access to boyfriend)
