Im on my easy week at the moment, so it makes me feel behind but the next 2-3 weeks after ill be making up the time and hopefully adding a little over and above

This is my first rest week with a 25% reduction in everything. Im already feeling jittery and want to get back to a full workout... kinda hard to restrain myself, my body is getting too used to having fun with the exercising... Its becoming an addiction... someone help!

Saturday - 67F !!!!!!! 40M here we come!!!!

Was going to ride before my swim today.. but NoOoOoOo.. it had to go and SNOW. And if you've ever seen Victoria drivers in snow, you understand. Sorry guys, I'm just not that hardcore.

Plan on a ride for Saturday - not a super long one though, cuz I'm doing a 5k race on Sunday.

And here I thought we were clear of the winter... although you wouldn't believe the sun that is out right now.... a glorious West Coast day.

here you could do a brick workout! With all the LARGE puddles of melted snow you could certainly swim-bike train! All you need is a full dry suit and some nerve!

Haha... i did go out for a bike ride... the snow was melted.... haha not too bad!!!!

I need it cuz it's gonna be a bit harder than i tought because of my schedule. And not doing my part of the bargain is NOT an option (unless my 2 legs cease to function...and even then i will consider pedalling an adapted bike with my arms!!!)

ok did 41M this Saturday it was unreal with one exception, my left hand went numb and I am still down by about 10% of power in that arm, being new to biking I never knew this could happen and ended up stressing out yesterday afternoon thinking stroke, heart attack etc until I read about it

Thanks. I did not want to scare anybody with my insane biking goals!
So, I thought I would just keep it attainable, probably sandbagged it

That is awesome... what was your goal??? I did an actual bike ride outside on friday after the snowstorm, the weather was great, but talk about cold.... brrrrr.... should have worn more layers.....

Anyhow... enjoyed it and looking forward to more of it!!!!
