I had received a questionairre from them a month or so ago about how far I run, what shoes and gear I currently wear and such. I received an email from them last evening that I have been selected to test out some running shoes. They are going to send me 2 pairs of shoes, I run in them for awhile, then write up what I like and don't like about them. How cool is that? Congrats! That's very cool news! |

I am proud of that non-normality! My friend is ok., She had a "grand mal" A-fib event brought on by acute anxiety. (She is my friend who lost her hubby to cancer last year, previously she lost BOTH of her kids- She is going through a rough time to say the least). The worst part of this event for her is the cracked rib and bruises she got when she passed out. |

Haha. I blame the fact that there is coffee everywhere in the hospital and that there is always a pot made in the morning here...I wonder if it will go back down when I get home (my parents are now caffeine intolerant--my mom due to arrythmias and my dad due to the fact that he has been drinking decafe for years because of my mom--they drink instant decafe--YUCK) or if I will bring down the coffeemaker from its hibernating spot in the kitchen? Hmmm... |
