That sounds good to me. And I need to do that. It is going to be difficult while I am at the Highland Games next week but I had better figure it out.

A 20 minute walk in the morning or evening would count.

hehehe. I wish! But someone did pour me a vanilla coffee with caramel creamer. Yummy!

The other day at the grocery store they had non-alcholic drink mix in margarita and mojito flavors. you just add water, ice, and stir. I picked up a pack.

I know it is a difficult concept to grasp. I could make it and bring it to work though.

Oh.. well.... that makes sense... sorta

We do that at parties at work.  It just makes it more fun.  Not as much fun as the party at home where you can add the good stuff to the mix.

Anne - work till 5pm today.

Robin - I'm having a piece of cheesecake as soon as I get home.

Amy - I agree "rest" is a workout.  I move seem to move more in my sleep some nights.

I'm ready for my four day weekend!!!

4 day weekend? I'm missing out on a day and the 3 days I do have off I am going to be on the go the entire time.

Kendra enjoy your 4 day weekend. Hopefully you can knock the office out quickly and progress to having fun.
