I know Ive gotta make a trip over sometime... somehow things like paying for cars and dentissts and doctors and stuff always get in the way! Yes I hate when all that real life stuff interferes like that!! OK, you don't have to come on a holiday. We can just pretend . I think Ive had enough of real life... make beleive land sounds good! |

I still consider myself a 'newbie' so I think my title is a little misleading.... Yeah you are an expert because yuove been around enough to soak up some wisdom maybe? |

Gee, one season and I'm still considering myself just above rookie and this place call me an expert cause I yap with everyone? Hah Judi! An expert yapper, there's something to be said for that. I have more posts, but often consider myself a newbie in the yakking department! I think the title comes with the number of posts combined with the time that you have been here. Expert! Take it like a pay raise. You don't have to wonder why, just grin and go along with it!

Truthfully, though it would be nice it wouldn't entice me to stay where I am. Ya know Mastercard has a good point about those commercials when they call something priceless...My sanity is one of them zipp1 - 2007-11-22 9:08 PM OMG, I just realized that somewhere along the line my "title" moved from extreme veteran to "expert"...did that haappen about 30 postsago and I never noticed it? I have to figur out how to set up the goals with my coach this week...Making it through the set without an argument is still high on the list followed by some technique stuff, don't know if he's throwing in a total yardage for the month or a time to beat in a distance is in there yet either Edited by zipp1 2007-11-22 8:53 PM |

Anyone who has been around here for a while knows that my swim practice consists solely of the 2 minute warmup before the race. This year I swam a 1/2 Ironman in June with my only practice swim being a race the previous August!!! LOL, and my June swim was within 1 minute of my normal time for 1/2 IM distance. Why practice? That's my philosophy!!
LMAO, Max... I certainly wasn't going to say it but I thought it . I soooooo love your philosophy!! You ARE da man for pulling that off. If I didn't practice I don't think I'd make the cutoff times, though! Maybe I should just start doing the backstroke. Edited by milaminute 2007-11-22 9:07 PM |

The last time I had color was at my last race... my nails were pink and silver like my bike . |
