Late night caffeine seems to keep me up until all hours so I have to be strong and pass it up. I want to be able to go home and crash. No tossing and turning tonight. I should have remembered not to have caffeine with dinner last night, but I did not. And, I couldn't fall asleep again. I'm going to try no caffeine after 2 today. Hopefully it'll work better.
It took a long time to fall asleep and then I woke up every hour...then every 45 minutes...then every half hour. I didn't feel very rested when the alarm went off...I hit the 20 min nap button and climbed back into bed. I really wanted to give in and go get some delicious coffee but the whole reason I'm tired is that I didn't sleep well last night. Lets just say if I end up going out with the guys from IT in a couple of weeks and dont resurface for a few days... i brought it on myself... Something about lots of drinking and getting up to no good... thye kept telling me I should come out drinking with them... and Im not much of a drinker so... danger danger!
