It doesn't count for my goals, but it was a great workout! I had a good time. And, I'm really tired, so hopefully I can actually sleep tonight. Are you having trouble sleeping too? Yep. I seem to sleep from 2 - 7 and that's about it. It's driving me crazy. This is week 2. Is that solid hours? ... thats no way enough Im one of those people that needs their 8 hours... hope it gets better for you! I do better with at least 7 hours. I don't think they are solid. The cats are waking me up and I feel like I toss and turn all night. It's pretty terrible. Yeah, cats are notorious for being little poopheads at the most inopportune times. |

But, unlike kids, have razor-sharp claws that hurt like the dickens when they aren't declawed, but, you can at least leave them home all day with food and a cat litter box and they'll be fine (the cats, not the kids ). |

Score one for the cats. Declawing is SO mean. Would never do it to another cat. We trim their nails and they are pretty good about not scratching us and using their scratching post. |

Well, when they don't want to use their designated scratching post and decide to use the sliding door frame or stairpost, then, it's either that or an early grave. |

Massive problem... took a turn for the worse at some point earlier this week and the symptoms are a little different... same stuff just dont feel quite what Im used to... Its never woken me up all the time like this before.... and the cramping all day is horrid... normally I get pain but its a different type of pain Anyway... Ive signed up for this challenge at the gym starting Feb 8th... right now Im thinking that I might take their nutrition plan (theres a nutrition component and a workout component as part of the challenge) and then revise it to be limited processed/dairy/sugar/fat etc and see if eliminating everything makes much of a difference... Im not that keen to do it but I know its probably the right thing... Im a little concerned right now but I dont want to go anywhere near a specialist who will want me on Pred... because I react so horribly to that stuff ooops... sorry think Im venting! Im probably a bit more worried than Ive been letting on to people... dont want anyone to worry too much... Any chance of finding a doctor who also knows about nutrition? Maybe he/she would be less likely to push the Pred on you.... |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Nibbs XLII kaqphin - 2010-01-27 10:48 PM I definatley need a new specialist - probably need to find a new (local to where I am living now) GP first.. Finally got health insurance late last year but my condition isnt covered for 12 months... so waiting patiently! Not that I wouldnt pay for it.... I just dont have a lot of free cash... In terms of other treatment options... Pred is the main option. They will put you on immune suppressants longer term.. I tried that but seemed to be sick all the time with colds and things til I came off them... they say that you dont get sick any more often you just cant fight things off as well when you do get them but that wasnt my experience... Theres anothr drug that they use for maintenance too... but in terms of actual treatment.. its pretty much just Pred... which is why I think getting another specialist might be good. Someone with some good alternative ideas! They say officially diet isnt a biggie but I know when Im sick it seems to be... I find if Im not sleeping enough or stressed then that makes it worse too... I (mostly) have my stress levles well under control these days (but not diet or sleep!) Well gee. Should have just kept reading.... |
