Classes, research, and student issues are kicking my bum this semester. I have 4 major projects collecting data this semester. We have had three of our top students drop the major in the first 3 weeks. But, I am persevering. The plan is a spin on the trainer tonight and then either a run or core strength. I am leaning toward the run. We are getting ready for a "huge" ice storm starting overnight lasting until Friday evening. They don't know how to clean streets or sidewalks here from the winter precip so it may be a bit before I'm back outside. That was really funny stuff Lisa. |

Run lightly Suzie... if there's ice it's not good to over stride. It is actually good training for learning how to run lightly to run on ice. If you can stay upright and maintain a steady pace, you're doing well. Stay safe and try not to let the job stress get to you. Exercise is key to maintaining the balance, so don't forget to get a little in too. Thanks for the tips. I wish they had yak-trax for sale down here. I try not to let the job get at me too much. It is hard. I am working on being more dedicated to "me time." I have been better at it to this point of the semester. The run didn't happen. Did core work and strength instead after the trainer. Remember the 10 anniversary occurred today. They always seem to have a home baskeball game. So, took that in instead.
