Subject: RE: Ghoulies Inspired & Wet November ChallengeHi guys. My running is coming along nicely.  It's amazing what having a training plan will do for you. That weird thing on my achilles/heel is doing a little better, and I am increasng my mileage without problems.  I would love it if I can keep going like this. I did, however, miss 2 workouts already this week. A run on Sunday while I was in Idaho to visit the inlaws, and a swim today when I got called in to work for my annual evaluation. My boss apparently thought she could catch me at work tomorrow night to do the eval, but then found out she was supposed to have it done by yesterday. Oops, huh? It's all good. I'm not working tomorrow night anyhow--I'll be at the annual banquet for the local tri club. Woohoo! Ooh--and I get to workout with a couple friends tomorrow--16 mile bike/2 mile run brick. Wish me luck that I can still use my fingers at the end of the bike ride (it's currently 37 degrees here ), and still walk in high heels at the banquet.  Well, that's it for now--I am off to round up my 2 hooligans and go to my niece's choral concert at school. Happy wednesday, Gouhligans! |
