ceilidh - 2010-12-21 8:24 AM We went to see Harry Potter last night. Okay movie. I hate movies with no end, even when I know they are going to have no end. You walk away with a ho hum feeling.

My son and I saw it a few weeks ago, when it first came out. He really liked it, I thought it was ok. We knew it was the first of 2 movies, and I explained to him what a cliffhanger is. Most of the action is in the last part of the book. We will go see the next movie this summer so we can get some closure.

I have to admit that they do a good job keeping to the story. I just hate having to wait for the end. But, I hate to wait for anything anyway. Waiting is NOT one of my assets.

So how's this whole waiting for Christmas day thing workin' out for ya?

I am proud of myself. I have not peeked at the present from my mom. She shipped it here, unprotected in just a bag!!! Probably a world record has been set.

We are getting rain for Christmas. Hope yours is snow. That just makes it all better.

My son wanted to give me clues last night and I wouldn't let him. I told him for the first time in a very long time I will have gifts on Christmas morning that will be complete surprises to me. I'm very excited!

ceilidh - 2010-12-21 7:54 AM Morning Ghoulies.

We set the alarm to get up to watch the eclipse of the moon. Bah! it was totally clouded over so we went back to bed. Anticlimactic!

I was up at 3:15  because I had to go, I looked out the window, it was cloudy. I was up a little after 4 with the dogs, I looked again, clouds. Anticlimactic indeed!

Same here.  It was a bummer.  Oh well, maybe next time.
I was up as well. Had a great view. No clouds. I am rather tired now though. Going to be a long day.

Very cool. We had beverages and snacks ready and the hot tub primed. It was a let down. Glad you saw it.

In the two hours that I checked the weather they have changed it. Now they are saying "snow likely" on Christmas.

YEA!

Check this out. This is my "local" bar that we go to. It is a mile or so from the house. We used to go there at night in the winter  when no one was there, way up on the third floor and play ouiji board. They turned off most of the lights so you could scare yourself silly just walking through.

Booo!

I have some hog tranqualizers we could use to knock him out.

Wonder if anyone in his meeting would notice. He may need to be put under the table for a few hours, though.

So we'd have to work out some logistics. They would definitely make the meetings less painful though.

wgraves7582 - 2010-12-21 11:23 AM I am sitting at my desk making ooh and aah sounds like you do watching fireworks explode!

I also just applied for a bicycle sales manager position in Vermont.

I am wondering about this.

wgraves7582 - 2010-12-21 11:20 AM I contemplated signing up for a Mentor position but I think I will pass.

Here is my motivation to all that can exercise (without skirting Doctor's orders (nekkid ) - I woke up at 5:00am and went on an 1.5 hour bike ride in about 20 degree weather with light winds and light snow.  It was a blast and you would love it as much as I do so go do it.

How does that sound?

That does sound like a good time.

I'm doubting I'll be cleared for cardio on my first appointment, but a girl can hope, right?

We do it before the fireworks, too, just to warm up.
