wurkit_gurl - 2007-10-30 8:17 AM Morning, all. Hope everyone is ready to finish up on Wednesday! I have my last run for the challenge planned for that morning - will do about 4 miles, which will put me at my new goal which includes the 3 extra I pledged for Terri. I've already hit my initial goal of 50!

Yeah!!!!

GO TEAM!!!

Yanti, the inspiration you posted yesterday was awesome...those legs were fabulous

spokes, this lady isn't inspired by ugly chicks wearing bikinis who look crummy in them...

Judi, I agree about the lack of inspiring female role models in Spokes' message --

maybe our teammates, now that the challenge is drawing to a close, should post another celebratory picture of themselves for inspiration instead?  No bikinis/speedos required (although extra bonus points for you if you do, and describe yourself as a hot triathlete  ).

trouble is that I'm high maintenance in the sporting goods stores..'ya know the bike and accessories, gazillions of running shoes, bathing suits and goggles...Heels are okay once in a while (and yes, I actually own and wear them) but I'm more comfortable in sneakers and sweats

BTW, I think I doubled my run total from last month cause I just did another 2.5!

Spokes, DH was looking at your inspiration. Can't you do better than that? Don't you have any running inspiration? Even the last pic is of cyclists! LOL

Oh and as far as those hot-tri-guy legs go. I think my tri guy's legs look just as good, but he won't let me take a picture. I'm working on him though.

we need a few bumps too cause that "other" thread has more posts than ours again.  If you aren't out running get posting.  Any one have an dea for me to make my kids for dinner tonight?  DH won't be home til late and the kids are notoriously picky (as in won't eat anything healthy)

nah, one of them HATES cheese and I made mac and cheese the other night.  maybe spaghetti, I could use a refuel...it's popular with one of them and the other one oesn't mind as long as it doesn't include zucchini or mushrooms (which it would if I had MY way)

How can a child hate cheese?  That's like hating hot dogs.  Who hates hot dogs?

So I guess no cheese leaves out pizza, too.

I'm so glad to see some posts. I'm bored today and am disappointed you all are not entertaining me. It's rare that I have so much free time at work and now I'm crushed you're all not yakking away.

Not all hotdogs are made badly. I like the kosher ones Of course, I like the others too. In fact, there're very few things I don't like, which is what probably got me where I am today! LOL

well the cheese hater actually loves pizza (picks half the cheese off, she's weird like that)  parmesan chicken won cause I can sneak in veggies (and the cheese hater doesn't eat them or tomatoes either).

I prefer Nathan's hotdogs--they're the only ones I'll voluntarily eat.  Other than them it's I only eat them if I'm starved and that's all that is avilable.

My other kid could almost pass for vegan but she is picky about which veggies she'll eat and those get limited by orthodontia.  Yeah, meal times in my house can be interesting. Good thing I don't cater to their whims too much or NOTHING would be cooked--be like my brother's house where dinner is usually by way of which drive through do you want tonight.

Wow, that was more generous than my house. It was eat what mom (or, more often than not, grandma) cooked or go hungry. LOL
