Maybe I can take each of them for a mile in the morn and a mile in the eve. that will give me nearly 40 minutes. Then I will just need another 75. I could do a 20 min run after school friday and then next M/W/F and I would be a bit over my goal. |

I think I might have to settle for a walk in the sunshine at lunch time... That will help you wake-up!!! What's for food for lunch? I'm hungry!!! I hope so... I just got off a 10 minute phon call and Im not sure I made any sense at all!!! Lunch? No idea... for the first day this week Im buying it... pretty happy Ive been soooo good with my nutrition since the race... but Ive still lost NO weight... sigh... 4 months and no results... But... if I go for a walk I can go up the road where there are other food options so that will be exciting! Oh.... so you are going to WALK to purchase a HEALTHY sandwich (maybe) and the WALK back to work.... That sounds like a great plan.... I'm still hungry and all I have in my work fridge is soy sauce and a G2... Yup or a soup or some toast and a coffee or a salad or something... there is only a couple of food options near work but a 10 minute or so up the road and there are more options... Plus I NEVEr take lunch breaks nad NEVER get outside during the day... I think this will make me feel like a naughty school child! Besides.. im just feeling exhausted and cant concentrate on ANYTHING at the moment... so why not do something good for me instead of just surfing the net and struggling to get anything done when on Monday I will prbably be able to focus... Id like to be 'human' when I see my friend later... Y'all have to stop just skimming the posts |
