Me go first: For the next three weeks I am going to try and get AT LEAST 100K a week in on the bike......AND three smelly swims a week. Which means lots of time on the lame drainer and in the chlorine box. But I will try.
Who is next? I am very close to finishing the 1/2 IM- had to cut it down due to concussion. The swim is complete, 5 more miles on the bike and 4 more on the run. I should be able to do that by Sunday. My flip turns have improved. I'm not sure if they make me faster. I need to test that out. My new goal has to be eating clean. I can't stop eating sugar. Need to drop some weight and I know that will help. I would like to complete the full ironman this month. TGTIF (Thank God Tomorrow is Friday ) Kelly |
