Oh, and STOP that wishing for snow. I am not nearly done with summer yet. I will hunt you down and hold you while Melindy hurts you if we get early cold here. (you may like that, though).

No I have not heard of the rule change.

What might that be????

Hope your CT was normal (well as normal as a Ghoulie CT can be ) and how is your friend?

I am real sure we decided that the winner should post a "frontatar"

A frontatar in a Speedo!

LOL - that is too funny.  Never heard of a challenge when the winner gets punished!

Well, if you notice, Bill has a frontatar posted right now.  Just not in a speedo.

Too far away, we need it zoomed in a little more and some tighter fitting clothes.

I run in Brooks, too. If I can put some miles on their shoes I'm all for that. Mine were going to need replaced before the marathon anyway, now I'll just run theirs into the ground.

So why did you choose Brooks?  I'm thinking I need to find an alternative to my Saucony's.  They're great for runs up to 8-9 miles but I'm not loving them on the longer runs.  They start to rub on my right foot where I have a slightly protruding navicular bone.  In fact, was thinking about a LRS visit later today.

When I went to the LRS the girl helping me got out 9 pairs of shoes and told me to try them all on. I liked the way the Brooks felt right away, they were light and comfortable to me. I also liked a pair of Asics and a pair of Mizuno. I got it narrowed down to the 3 and tried them all on again. In the end I took a chance with the Brooks and I've been happy with them.

Why are you trying to cover it? Melindy has spent the past several weeks trying to uncover it!

All this talk about frontars got me to thinking about a recent Clydesdale thread that cracked me up...

Clydesdale package - How to control/cover it up

Now back to your regularly scheduled of Bill's bone and his lack of hand time with it...
