Here is my motivation to all that can exercise (without skirting Doctor's orders (nekkid  ) - I woke up at 5:00am and went on an 1.5 hour bike ride in about 20 degree weather with light winds and light snow. It was a blast and you would love it as much as I do so go do it.How does that sound? That does sound like a good time. I'm doubting I'll be cleared for cardio on my first appointment, but a girl can hope, right? Ya, but I have to be at work at 7:00 and that would mean getting up about 4:00 or so. Mornings are the time the DH and I catch up. Nope. Not gonna happen. Now if I win the lottery or otherwise become independanlty wealthy. THEN we'll talk. |

We had a group of kids come down here to watch the town's fire works. They had spent the whole day practicing Ooooooohhhhhh AAAAAhhhhhhhh. It was as funny as could be to hear their little smurf voices practicing. |

I need to tweak it a bit...given the fact that I don't have a bike yet...and ya...so the next 2 weeks are a little bit up in the air...haha...I think I'm going to go do an easy 5km before dinner! I'm not sure how you go about starting IM training while on vacation, but kudos to you It's really easy when it's not -25C to get outside and do runs...and bike...and swim... At least this is my current perspective. We have a pretty chill vacation...going to the pool in Lahaina soon. OUTDOOR POOL!!! YAAAAAAAAA!!!! |
