I love beans, quinoa, oats, etc. Not such a fan of dairy, so that wouldn't be a problem. I'm sure the diet would give me tons of energy, but, sheesh, it seems like severe deprivation to me. I would lose a lot of weight doing something like that, too, and I'm already on the lower end of my weight range. People would start talking (I mean, more than they already are now...). I have a 6 mile run scheduled for this morning and then a long swim tonight. Some people from the Ohio forum are getting together in Cleveland on Sunday for an open water swim. I think I may join them. It ought to be FREEZING in Lake Erie. Not sure how fun that will be! |
