He just turned 38. He took me out for his birthday.

Frequency--he's a one-hit wonder (first time, I did manage to squeeze two out of him). Duration ... minimal. Single-digit minutes. We manage to string out the preliminaries pretty far, which is great and it helps, but still ...

oh, wow - so........................how long have you been sharing?

We started seeing each other five weeks ago. We hit third base two and a half weeks ago, and hitting fourth since last Saturday.

Is that what you were asking?

LMAO

yep!

I believe I helped dress you for the big night, if I remember correctly ;-)

Viagra will help with the erection issue, and recovery, perhaps, but a quick trigger... you could juice him up and then apply ice cubes when he gets ready to blow... LOL.

That's the second thing you've said tonight which has made me spew chewed-up chocolate on my screen. Thanks.

Poor Beth! You really should call it a nighty-night ... sigh ... I spoze Scott and I should, too ...

Night Yanti!

Night Scott!

Okay, so you two oughtta be able to help (or any lurkers, chime in):

I adore my boyfriend. He's fantastic.

He's even really good where it counts, EXCEPT ...

... lack of endurance. So am I just being a fussy, cranky taperbyatch-enduro-snob, or does this not bode well for the relationship?

Can be worked on... he is just probably too excited at the beginning of the relationship!

He probably cant beleive his luck...

Something for those of you that detest this 'time of year' over-commercialized thing called "the Holidays" like I do:

Dont knock chrissie... IM a total LOVER of it... or the idea of it... but without close family and friends the anticipation is the only good bit....

Yanti!

Are you going nuts in the taper?  That's the scary part of big races cause I'm so addicted to the exercise thing I'll go nuts if I slack off even a bit for the bigger races but I know I have to

"Going nuts" is an understatement. I am in super-nucking-futs, big-time, taper tantrum.

Drop in endorphin/anandamide/circulating serotonin and dopamine is causing MAJOR carb cravings and also seeking of other activities that would boost these levels. Ahem.

I'm cranky and insane.

I feel hopeless.

My friends keep telling me I am ALWAYS like this, exactly this time of year, 'cause that's when I'm in this extended taper.

So, apparently, this is normal.

Thanks for asking

No worries...carb loading starts next week for ya...

Good morning, Nibbins! Looks like the night owls (and west coast residents) have been busy. I'll try to catch up after work. It's a new day and a new week and a holiday week (for us Americans). I feel so Suzy Sunshine! I guess the sugar crash happened yesterday. TTFN.

I actually only do it like once every 4 - 6 weeks - I make in the neighborhood of 20 meals, so, it's one weekend of free time sacrifced for 5 weeks of not having to worry about 'what's for dinner' - LOL

That's sooooo smart!

There's this little business down the street where you go and prepare your own food and then freeze it till your ready to cook it. I actually thought about trying it once. It's kind of cool, their menu changes every month.

We have a few of those here, too, though I haven't tried them yet... I've heard very good things about them, though.

Morning all...I'm looking back at what happened while I was sleeping, & I'll never catch up...

but I can tell you these services ROCK! My hubby has been using one while I've been away this semester and the food is good, moderately healthy, and so simple even a doofus can make them. (He's only managed to ruin one meal, and his culinary skills end at "Heat.") Richmond has a ton of them, we investigated & are using My Girlfriend's Kitchen, which cracks me up when my husband has to go there. (And he gets his pre-made...just order & pick up - he refuses to stand around with a bunch of chics wearing an apron & throwing together ingredients.)

And I can't believe Iowa lost to Western Michigan... in our crib.

Time to fire everyone, from head coach on down. Clean house.

Agreed. Send the "Fire KF" petition my way. I'll sign - I've wanted to fire him all season, but I'm a bit reactionary. (I can't believe he's still on the Michigan back-burner...crazy talk).

Haven't heard much but it always seems to have people in there prepping food. So I assume it's popular. The prices seem to be reasonable from what I saw when I stopped by once.

we have a couple of different places like that here. I have tried one a couple of times, but they are limited vegetarian wise, but my hubby has enjoyed the meat dishes.. Now, my friend and her daughter go everyone month and have been going for over a year now. They really like it.
