I'm going to see if I can get in with the podiatrist this week. That's probably a good idea. Where's the pain in your foot? I'm having trouble narrowing it down if it's the first metatarsal, or between the first and second metatarsal. So top of the foot? I had pain there when training for my first marathon and was afraid it was a stress fracture. Turned out to just be tendinitis so I lucked out. Smart move going in to get it checked out A stress fracture is what I'm afraid of. Tendinitis I can live with for 3 more weeks. I wonder if I can get a cortisone shot for that. I did ice it yesterday after my nap. I will keep icing this weekend and call Monday for an appointment. Ghoulie Ju Ju on the way. |

My masters swim friend that is there finished his swim in 1:11 which is great for him. He's averaging 23 on the bike so far, his strongest leg. |
