Subject: RE: Ghoulies Christmas Core ChallengeHi gouhlies--sorry I have been a bit MIA lately. I had my monthly work weekend this past weekend, plus trying to keep up with hubby,the kids, and Christmas prep. Oh, and my mom's b-day party. I think someone at my house brought home a cold, because we've all been sniffly and sleeping in like crazy! all 4 of us slept until 11am on Sunday. Which made getting ready for/to work by 1145 a little dicey. But I pulled it off. You all sgould be sooo proud of me! I stuck to my workout plan perfectly from Sunday through Friday last week. yay me! Then I fell off the wagon. I tried to realign this week's schedule by running 5 miles on the TM at the gym last night (by bumping monday's rest day to Sunday I'd only be off my plan by 1 day, right? Right. ) But the whole fandamily came with me to the gym, and the daycare closed too early for me to get all of my run in. I only ran 3 miles and change.  But it's more than I could have done, right? I just hope my coach sees it that way. Because today my achilles was super achy and I was super sleepy, so I sat in the hottub, and swam about 100 yards total tonight. Well, I am off to bed. Hope to be around a little tomorrow. Mwah! |
