I'm all hot and schweaty... even tho' it was -2* in the garage. It's a good thing I have the bike out there, otherwise I'd literally cook cycling indoors. So that's another 45 min added to my bike totals for the month. Good month so far. |

I don't think even I would be that silly. Honestly Helen, I would probably just do the trainer ride. Suckage points only go so far... reality is harsh and -30*C PLUS the wind chill of riding is just not very smart. Sorry for being a stick in the muck... but you do have much more important things in life then training. Hmmm.........I am getting out my layers as we speak........I just want to conquer the challenge of it! My hubby is taking the boys to a Sens game.........so i can take off and ride. Yes I am THAT stubborn. Stay tuned. I may just turn around at the end of my street!! |

Ha ha.....do I get a HTFU medal or some such thing? I only rode for an hour and 45 mins. Know what? I was NOT cold at all......seriously. It was only when I came back inside and stupidly did not take off my stuff right way that I got chilled. Even though I do not sweat much, I was soaked right through three layers. |
