Afternoon Ghoules and Ghoulettes. Rainy blah day here. Lots of heavy thinking work wore me out. (It doesn't take much). I am going to sneak out in a bit and run and or run/walk since I have been having shin problems.

Community Shrimp and Grits dinner in town tonight. Followed by wineage!

Drought is now over.  I think even the water table has recovered with all the rain we have had these past 6 months.

got a great workout in last night.  Did some eliptical then strength and then bike.  I loved the strength last night.  Usually hubby is way ahead of me on the workouts but I beat him by about 10 minutes last night.  All this swimming is paying off.  Yahoo!

It sure felt good.  Any today he hurts like I did about 5 weeks ago when we started with the trainer.  I'm trying to not laugh at him.  Is it working?  NO ROTFLMAO

I'm all done my final! Woooo!! Went shopping for a bit after and now I'm chillin...oh yaaaaaaaaaaa...

Thanks Bill. Thankfully all three passed today! Actually, I don't get failures too often but when I do it gets on my nerves. It's kind of funny because I've kind of become the default fitness coordinator for all or our officer applicants. Hopefully it's helping!

We are having thunderstorms now with lightning all over the place. What I really want to do is sit on the portch with a glass of burbon  and watch.

I did get almost 4 miles in of run/walk intervals. I think I'll be able to do my long run on Sunday as planned. (fingers crossed).
