Yes.  It is FAR too early to complain about the heat!  This is the time to be CELEBRATING the heat and humidity because it gives you that much more chance to get acclimated to the conditions you'll almost certainly face on race day.  As mentioned, our northern competitors don't have this luxury and will be melting come May!

If I can't complain about the heat then can I complain about the sunburn I got Sunday? It's only February!!!

Complaining about sunburn is acceptable, but does open you to a certain justifiable ridicule.

Dennis, are you looking for it for the CompuTrainer?  If so, the 3D file is already up there.

Thought I'd mention that the new overpass connecting Fish Creek to FM 2854 is open.

Nope, just a Garmin file so I can load it into Cycling Peaks and compare with some of the rides I do around here.

I could have done without the strong winds on the course today.  Made the inclines feel like mountains to me.

Last week was just as bad.  I rode yesterday and the 10-12 mph winds were much kinder than the 20+ mph winds last Sunday.  Appears the winds were back in the 20+ range again today.

Not a big fan of wind... unless it's behind me.

I wouldn't worry.  The winds typically disappear in March & stay gone 'til November.

Wow did that suck this morning! Almost got blown right over a few times. The headwinds sucked but the crosswinds were scary! Might need to rethink race wheels?
