Doing good...few things going around here, but nothing major. Been TAN absent for a few weeks, and that is major, so decided to solve that issue. And as soon as I log into TAN I heard the news a hurricane might be heading my way. Coincidence?

I've been TAN absent for a few days myself, maybe even a week. Slightly sick again, crazy times (but good) returning to my folks' place for the end-of-Ramadhan celebrations, etc. Just not been on the boards a lot on the whole.

TAN is a place of refuge, silly.

TeeJay,

I got on the rowing machine today!  Phun.  only 1500 meters in 7.5 min according to the readout.  I think I need to add more of it.  It will be good for my arms and back and hopefully posture because you keep the flat back and all...

What was that challange again?  I may start it up next week.  PM me with it, if you would be so kind...

Oh, and in case you missed it.  Happy B-day!

That's good!  Do intervals too .. that will really boost your endurance on that thing!  That's a fine distance to start with until you get used to it.   That is about my pace when I go for the 6000m+ workouts.  Nice and steady ....

I got your birthday wish .. you called me a jerk!

I only had like 10 min before needed to get back to work.  So 1500 seemed good.  But I can feel it, just the same.  Even when I used mostly legs, my back and arms are out of shape that they still got some work.  Those are my problem areas, so this will be good.

HR was just like a Z2 bike ride, so nice and solid for cardio.

I have never been one to show love or affection through teasing, punching, or being mean.

It does seem to be the TAN way of showing love......should I want to be called a DB?
