Kinda. I went to the doctor today and got some stronger hydrocortisone to try to get rid of them. Hopefully this works.

No. I think you just talk to Marma. It used to be a lower post count (Autumns was over 8,000), but now I don't think they're changing them until you get above 10,000. I don't think there are any special rules though. You've done enough with all the challenges that I can't imagine they wouldn't change yours if you asked.
