Howdy Nibbs.  Been crazy busy lately and thought I would say hi to my Nibblets!

How is everyone doing lately?  I will be happy next week - 10/15 tax deadline will be over!

Hi Nibbs!

I want to know what upside down pizza is too. I could really go for some coffee. It is cold and raining. Been that way all day.

I feel so guilty.

I wasted my 4000th post in Tri-talk answering a question about run training.

I meant to give it to Nibbs...

But it was a post of substance.

I have 2 silver stars.

I like silver. I used to like gold, but now that I have my pretty tri-necklace which is silver, I've been gravitating towards silver jewelry.

That is all.

LOL! upsidedown pizza - here's the recipe - it's quite tasty, very kid friendly

Ingrediants:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • onion
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 T. oil
  • 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • garlic salt
  • oregano
  • 1 can or jar pizza sauce (15 1/2 oz - or there about)

preheat oven to 350 -

brown ground beef (season with onion to taste) - blend in the pizza sauce, garlic and oregano to taste.

Put mixture in greased 9 x 13 inch pan:  sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

Separately in a small bowl (or whatever size suits you )

mix egg, milk, oil, salt and flour - pour over meat mixture.  Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake 30 minutes at 350

ps

90% of the time I make this, I forget the parmesan and it's still good!

also, some other ideas would be to add mushrooms, bell peppers, italian sausage and/or candian bacon (haven't gone there because my kids are weenies )
