I seem to recall you mentioning that you were going to be in bed by 11....

ETA - just saw your post about being up past your bedtime.  Guess I should read before I speak.

That's ok, it's hard to keep up in this thread!

Nice, toppage right before bed! Woo hoo!

Good morning. I'm off to swim. I know I should skip the swim and just run, but I'm still so overjoyed to be allowed to swim and since it's not going well, I want to slowly work on getting it back.

My bike fit is at 1 so I'll either squeeze a run in after the swim, or after the fit, whichever works best schedule-wise. Busy day! I love working a 3-day week

Hi Kristin!

how are you feeling today?

Meh, I thought I felt fine but the longer I'm up, the less good I feel It took me too long to get ready for the pool so now it's too late to swim, story of my life. I'm going to head out and try a run. I'm feeling really chesty and it's very cold here so we'll see how that goes.

So it's great you're feeling better! That gives me hope

Morning everyone.  I plan to actually try and get a slow 2 or 3 miles in today.  Legs are still a little sore, but not to bad.  Now I am off to starbucks to post pad while Laura gets her required First Aid Training for yer new job.

Just got in 5.13, it was cold and windy so my lungs weren't thrilled, but it went very well. I'm over 75% of goal now!

I think I liked it better when you referred to me as the New Yawk Hawtie! The fitting is done, jeez, give me a break. I couldn't hold my blackberry while in the aero position!

Quiet in here today.  Are people actually at work and being productive?  How am I supposed to be a slacker without accomplices?  I'm not like Phil.  I can't just talk to myself for pages at at time.

I can't talk to Phil for pages at a time either.... Oh! That's not what you meant!

I am slacking in the best way, I am not working today. I work a 3-day week and I now have Wednesday and Friday off. Yay! I spent the afternoon getting the new Cervelo fitted! I couldn't be happier right now.

Did they hook you up with an aero tapper, or perhaps a flask?

I'll give her this, the shoulder may not be fully recovered and would make it a little rough on the aero positioning and holding the thing.
