Sure does. Except now I am going to attempt the rare pre-work run tomorrow to squeeze it in. That always gets interesting

Checking in quick here. I got my butt handed to me on the bike today. Bad. And my lungs hurt because I was maxing out my heart rate.

Yesterday I went jogging, but I didn't get a chance to power up the laptop to log it until today.

Gorgeous. You are a brave mommy letting her go overseas by herself. My daughter went to Montreal last year with her French class and I was a nervous wreck the whole time. (Of course she was fine and spending all her money in the mall.)

i know! she's very responsible though - so i don't worry too much

my son on the other hand..............ugh, grrrr

trying my patience......

Sons. Mine is only 5, drives me crazy every day. My advice to anyone who wants kids - don't have a girl then wait ten years and have a boy. It's hard to deal with teenage angst when you've got to one eye out for inappropriate things being flushed down the toilet.
