I had NO idea how tired I was!!! Weathers a bit meh for riding but its meant to be the best day of the long weekend for it... so I should.. my usual riding place is unaccessible for most of the month due to the EASTER SHOW being on so I have to drive about half an hour to Centennial I think... But while my bro is out and the flatmate is in bed Im thinking Im going to be a couch vegetable... and RELAX! |

THe joys of not having much cash... Im very very bad at saving... this is the first time in years Ive saved for ANYTHING so its amazing I already have half the cost of the bike! Im hoping this will kick off some better money habits so I can save more, have some money put aside where unexpectd expenses come in AND finish clearing my debt.. student loans etc I have been talking about getting a new bike for the longest time and I just couldnt get a small upgrade I had to go and et a massive one! Lol - but I KNOW it will be worth it! That's tough! I can't imaging waiting so long to get my bike after I picked it out.

Ashame... but it's all about $$$$$ NTL... I can't wait til the end of the school year when I can tell his current teacher and principal wre to shove IT!!! thanks, aside from the catholic school system there's only one other private school out here, and there's no way I can afford $6K a year.... as it is pulling off the tuition for the catholic school will be tough enough. Awesome you got the outcome you wanted! |

They also tested me for Crohn's and Celiac Disease, so I know it's not either of those. IBS fits - the pain gets worse when I am really stressed out or eat really bad. So far, I don't feel much different from taking the meds before I eat. I imagine it may take a few days. And I'm supposed to change my diet and stop eating junk and more veggies and fiber. Yeah. |

Do you have a Stick? That's helpful for getting the soreness out. You can also soak in epsom salts in a bath. It sounds weird, but it does actually work. Firm believer in epson from early days of en pointe.... but I don't take bath too much these days... i do have a foam roller... fits nicely in between nightstand and wall I was thinkin' nine... I think that seems reasonable. Thanks for the input |
