Got a question for everyone in the group today. So I've been consistently training for approx 6 weeks. My cardio status is light years ahead of what it was in Nov. I feel better, my energy level is better, i sleep better, I'm getting muscles where I forgot I had them. So I step on the scale today just to see where I'm at and I haven't lost a pound!!! Not one!! Now I know that muscle weights more than fat but to not lose ONE POUND!! I also realize that I life member of the Clydesdale club and I"m ok with that. Just thought I woulda lost a few lbs! So my question is, will the weight start coming off at some point? The gut is definitely shrinking, I got the "have u been losing weight" question from an coworker the other day. I feel lighter, on my runs I don't feel like such a clodhopper!! I guess I need to focus on the diet more. I'm eating better but not being fanatical about it. Any thoughts from you guys would be appreciated!! Now endith the rant!! Chris |
